Janelle FazackerleyPartner |
Being a third generation Marin county native, Janelle appreciates the natural, historical, and cultural features that draw so many families to live in its towns and cities.
As a partner in Front Porch Realty Group, Janelle has found a powerful match between her passion for homes and her joy in providing service for the needs of first time, move-up, country property , and investment buyers. Sellers and buyers from a wide variety of backgrounds and situations find in Janelle a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and compassionate partner for their transactions. Janelle's business experience as the owner of a successful children's clothing store in Mill Valley and more recently as a manager of a local real estate firm, allow her to see clearly the challenges and opportunities that lay with each transaction. Her specialized training as a SRES realtor allows Janelle to thoroughly address the needs of her senior citizen clients.
Janelle and her husband Jim live in Lagunitas. Their two children have grown up in the nurturing environment of the San Geronimo Valley and have enjoyed all the resources there, especially the great public school and outdoor recreation. Janelle served for many years as board president of the local fundraising foundation for the Lagunitas School District. Janelle feels that the opportunity to live in this area is perhaps the greatest gift that we all share. Whether it is hiking the west Marin ridges, riding horses through the redwood groves, or walking the miles of spectacular beaches with her two comical standard poodles, she is thankful everyday that this is her home.
