Aliisa Mazariegos

 

Realtor

Aliisa’s decision to become a licensed agent 7 years ago was a natural career transition from her experience as  a title and escrow officer, and a perfect match of her skills and interest in the field.

Aliisa believes that every real estate transaction is about the clients, and their best interest. She channels that passion by going the extra mile to help her clients achieve their goals whether they are buying or selling their home. As a Sonoma county native, she knows the area well, and keeps active in the community through her children’s sports.  She is currently serving on the board of the Santa Rosa Stallion Youth Football Organization.

Aliisa is married, has a daughter and son in grade school, and two dogs. She enjoys all outdoor activities the county provides (including hiking and wake boarding), and baseball.

Broker

Eric as the broker for Front Porch brings over 28 years of full time real estate experience, with 25 of those years as a broker.  He has been involved in raw land development, subdivisions, ranches, residential as well as other off beat real estate projects.  Having grown up in West Marin and a resident since 1978, he very familiar with the rich history of the area.  When not pursuing answers to the needs of the partners or agents of Front Porch, Eric helps his community as a 17 year member of the Tomales Volunteer Fire Company, where he trains others in how to drive a fire engine, teaches CPR and first aid and serves as the Fire Chief.

Christina DeRockere

 

Retail|Commercial Specialist

Christina recently joined Front Porch Realty Group from Urban Centre Development’s Real Estate Advisory Services (R.E.A.S.) where she worked for over 17 years in the commercial & retail sector.

Christina, a native of Oregon, has been working in the commercial real estate arena for about 25 years.  She had a good mentor & collaborator in her former broker partner Bob Carey.  They worked together on many large mixed use projects, such as Embarcadero Center & Rincon Center in San Francisco and Oakland City Center & Jack London’s Waterfront in Oakland.  She has also worked in virtually every viable commercial district representing both tenants and landlords — from San Francisco’s Union Square to 4th Street area of Berkeley — from Novato’s Grant Avenue to Theatre District in Petaluma.  As a highly experienced professional, she has a thorough knowledge of market conditions and landlord negotiating strategies, and the skill to apply this knowledge to your benefit.

As retail has morphed over time, so has Christina — to keep up with the changing needs of the commercial sector — balancing e-commerce and industrial warehouse needs against brick& mortar retail locations.  She is knowledgeable about neighborhood commercial districts throughout the Bay Area and the trends that make them unique.  She also helps clients when they need to convert from virtual office to a physical location where clients come for given services.

Dianna joins Front Porch Realty Group as the East Bay Specialist. Her love of Contra Costa County dates back to her childhood days and her knowledge of its diversity is what makes her the go-to agent in this area. If you want to know about local park events, the best restaurants and night life, best commute routes, or the library story-times for toddlers, she knows because she’s experienced them all herself. She is devoted to sharing her knowledge with customers new to the area or new to real estate.

In regards to her real estate philosophy, she realizes that buying or selling a home is one of the hardest endeavours that a person does in their life because the road to each one of these processes may be filled with uncertainties. With clear communication and lots of attention to detail, she guides her customers through it all and takes away the anxiety that comes with such major decisions. Her motivation is to ensure that all her clients are extremely satisfied with their real estate experience. 

Dianna also brings her creativity and business experience to the buying and selling process. She graduated from San Francisco State University with dual majors in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Visual Communications. It gave her the foundation she uses today to ensure success in both processes from beginning to end.

Dianna also carries the title, “Proud mom of two.” Julian and Ruben have mom and dad’s love for the outdoors and exploring the world. Summer trips to Yosemite, the Russian River and local trails are a must for her family.
